Activation conflict when cloning windows

I download it via Devices > Add Device , Then I select Kaspersky Premium and press download and run the downloaded file. Now I have 2 computers of 5 on Portal. I try to run it on cloned PC but It always show as source PC name although I renamed the target PC and the hardware is different. It seems that it takes the same windows installation ID and see them as one PC. I've faced the same problem on "AnyDesk" software but It has been solved by removing the config file. After that it took a new AnyDesk ID. -

@mahmoudkeshta Welcome. Did you try to download / install Kaspersky Premium via My Kaspersky > Licences ? Also , how many devices are showing up in your My Kaspersky portal ? -

Hi, I use AOEMI Backupper tool to clone windows with programs to another computers. I have a problem on activating Kaspersky Premium , It always identify source and target Computers as one PC. I tried to uninstall Kaspersky completely (using normal way , kaspersky removal tool , third party uninstaller tool ) and reinstall it again but the problem still here. Each time I run one of them, It tells me that the license is not valid and I should activate it again. Any Idea of how to solve this and identify the cloned Computers separately ? -

I really want to thank you! You ruined the system that was working without any problems. Now I have to turn off the VPN to be able to enter the Kaspersky website. (Even though it shows it's connected to VPN.) Now, can you please tell me when and how I can start using this service again that I paid for? I have two places to use internet & VPN. In my house and in my work place. Right now I can't use it in the house (no connection) and in my work place (I have different ISP there) I can use stand-alone VPN while I have premium accesss. 😥

Im extremely pissed with this new update. Im forced to work from a very strict public wifi, which blocked many ports. With this VPN I used to have a fast and reliable connection to work with, now I can NOT even CONNECT to the VPN anymore because they removed the ability to select the protocols. The product is literally no longer usable for me after the update. This update has to be illegal.

Программа работала корректно на ПК Windows 10, но после обновления (27.11.2025) программа при попытке подключения зависает на анимации подключения при попытке подключится к любому из серверов. (стала версия 21.23.6.614-2 (a)) Иногда подключение срабатывает, но к сайтам не удается подключится, как будто нет подключения к Интернету. На телефонах Android проблема идентична. (с версией 11.126.4.14659-2) На одном из подключенных телефонов приложение не распознает подключенную к аккаунту подписку и выводит данные окна (с версией 11.128.4.14926) В личном кабинете все 5 устройств отображаются и подписка является активной. Переустановка приложения не дала результата.

Здравствуйте! Возможно ли конвертация лицензии из международной в Российскую? И второй вопрос, почему пропала возможность скачать файл конфигурации на зарубежных лицензиях? Посмотрел предложения PURE VPN на их сайте, они такое предоставляют. Спасибо!

в техподдержку обратитесь, по вашей проблеме на форуме можно только на картах погадать выпал бубновый валет - попробуйте удалить антивирус https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/uninstall/12783#block2, сохранив только информацию о лицензии и вновь установить https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/start/13514 -

Vous pouvez quand même remplir le formulaire c'est ce que j'ai fait sans renseigner le numéro de licence demandé cela a créer un ticket d incident et ils m on nt contacter par mail avec la procédure de diagnostic.... Bon courage, je comprends que l'on préfère quand tout fonctionne espérons que tout rentre dans l' ordre rapidement. -

autrefois, dis je il était facile de contacter le service support. Maintenant, j'ai trouvé, mais on me demande le numéro de licence ou d'activation qui sont masqués sur My kaspersky donc je suis en rade bonjour, le VPN est presque anéanti , des pays ont été supprimés. Cela ne passe plus ; pas la peine de me demander des fichiers , des logs, etc. Kaspersky sait très bien ce qu'ils font. Il n'y a aucune réponse dans ce forum. Mon échéance annuelle est dans quelques jours. Je regarde donc ailleurs. -

@dandy71 Bonjour et bienvenu sur le Forum Voici l'annonce officielle : " En raison d'une mise à jour de l'infrastructure VPN : 1) Le nombre de serveurs VPN disponibles passera d'environ 105 à environ 85, les serveurs les plus courants resteront disponibles. 2) La fonctionnalité du routeur, la sélection des protocoles et les options double VPN disparaîtront. 3) L'application VPN restera identique à celle utilisée auparavant sur toutes les plateformes. Si des problèmes persistent avec la dernière version, veuiillez demander la création d'un ticket d'assistance. " -
SAME HERE, IT'S NOT WORKING FOR ALMOST 2 DAYS SINCE THE NEW UPDATE. I ACCCEPTED THE NEW TERMS AND THE MIGRATIONS WHICH WAS UNCLEAR EXPLAINED.
