  3. I contacted support over 24 hours ago, but nothing has changed yet. I have several valid licences in my account, including the PLUS licence for 10 devices. Since yesterday, I have been unable to connect either the VPNs or the password managers to my account. Such a long wait is really not good.

  8. I also have this problem. I first noticed it yesterday after receiving notification that my subscription had been automatically renewed. Before this I had unlimited VPN, now the app is showing that I have free/limited (300MB). I have tried reinstalling the app and relinking to my Kaspersky account, with no change in status. Checking over the serviced details, unlimited VPN is still being advertised as being part of the Kaspersky Plus service, so I'm assuming there is some kind of error involved which can be fixed. If not, then I would view the loss of unlimited VPN as an unacceptable downgrade and will be looking to cancel my subscription. Regards, DN Cid.

  11. In data 19 ottobre ho acquistato l'abbonamento kaspersky PLUS con la promozione relativa al buono regalo Amazon. Nella mail che ho ricevuto ovvero questa: E' possibile richiedere il Buono regalo Amazon.it* dopo 14 giorni solari dalla data dell’ordine su kaspersky.it, e accedendo a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX con il numero d'ordine. Inseritelo nel campo corrispondente e accedete alla carta regalo di vostra scelta. Hai un periodo di tempo compreso tra 14 e 14 giorni dopo l'acquisto per riscattare il codice. Dopo questo periodo, l'offerta scadrà e il buono regalo non sarà più disponibile. Il link naturalmente l'ho omesso. Nella mail che mi ha mandato kaspesky c'è scritto "Hai un periodo di tempo compreso tra 14 e 14 giorni dopo l'acquisto per riscattare il codice." Ho provato sia ieri, sia oggi (14 giorni dall'acquisto), ma non riesco a riscattare il buono regalo perchè mi dice sempre pagina non raggiungibile. Gentilmente fatemi sapere come fare. Grazie.

  13. Anti-banner doesn't show up on the Kaspersky's home screen. I was able to use anti-banner for the first time, but I cannot use it now. I enabled both "kaspersky anti banner and "kaspersky safari extension" on safari settings. However, there is no Anti-banner on the home screen of the kaspersky app. I also searched it for other places in the app, but still cannot find it. So I cannot use it. I'm using iPhone iOS 18.6.2 Kaspersky premium subscription is active and "VPN & security by Kaspersky"

  15. What happened to me at first was I noticed long time of large memory occupation. When I opened Kaspersky the alert jumps out immediately. And the scan usually only takes about 15 mins, it was stuck for more than 5 hours. Something was definitely going on. After more than a decade of total confidence with Kaspersky, I am not so confidence after recent false positives. 😅

Ciao a tutti, vorrei capire prima d'installare la versione gratuita di 32 giorni di Kaspersky Premium se anche la versione di prova abbinata di Kaspersky Password Manager ha un numero di voci illimitato da aggiungere all'archivio credenziali oppure ha voci limitate. Ho letto su fonti diverse contrastanti che il Password Manager di prova abbinato al Kaspersky Premium di prova gratuito ha voci illimitate mentre su altri limitati. Chi dice il vero? Grazie

  21. A very similar thing is happening to me, too, except when I open the Kaspersky app, the scan is frozen at 1% after showing me a "no threats found!" screen. I'm really not sure what to think.

  25. Hello everybody; I have an active Kaspersky PLUS subscription, which should include unlimited VPN. Actually, I've been using the VPN application on my computer from time to time. Everything worked perfectly and it was indeed unlimited. Today, I have noticed that it reverted to "limited" version, with only 300mo capacity! I was really suprised. When I logged in myKaspersky page, it shows that my subscription is available and just fine. However, I can no longer activate the unlimited option (golden crown) on my computer!   26. КПМ для windows установлен, работает. Расширение для Chrome установлено, включено. В настройках КПМ браузер по умолчанию Chrome выбран, настроен и пишет что КПМ включен. Но значок расширения КПМ в хроме горит красным, а при нажатии предлагает установить приложение. В настройках хром автозаполнение отключено как сказано в инструкции.

Y a du nouveau, je viens de consulter le site kaspersky et ils y ont supprimé password manager de l'offre premium, mais ce que je n'arrive pas à croire mes yeux c'est qu'ils l'ont aussi supprimé des abonnements en cours, une terrible bêtise. ils ont oublier qu'un abonnement est un engagement des deux parties accepté à l'activation du produit le premier jour. Je n'aurais jamais cru que kaspersky ferait une chose pareille, supprimer une option d'un abonnement en cours. voyez par vous même: Logiciels de sécurité Kaspersky pour les particuliers | Kaspersky J'écris ces mots en posant les yeux sur ma boite et ça inclus bel et bien password manager. Je vous avez dis que c'était un problème de chez kaspersky.
  28. Oui Berny c'est vrai, tout récemment tout marchait à merveille, jusqu'à aujourd'hui. Semako, si tu consulte la comparaison entre les différentes offres, tu verra que password manager est bien inclus dans la licence et non a part, de plus je l'activait juste en me connectant à mon compte "my kaspersky" et en selectionnant l'abonnement premium (celui dont ma licence est toujours active) et je peux confirmé que ce qui était activé était la version payante de password manager puisque j'y avais introduit environ 55 mdp alors que la version gratuite ne prend que 5. Merci les gars pour vos commentaires et votre aide, mais je continue de penser que c'est un bug de chez kaspersky.
