IF (you've) started a chat & keep getting an outcome: "The conversation is over, please give the rate." - it sounds as IF a BOT option has been selected - IF that's correct (you'll) never get an answer. Please be advised there is a *known* issue that may be the root-cause, Kaspersky are actively working to resolve. Still log the case, see Dot point 4. What is (your) actual physical location? Post the URL for the support / chat window that keeps going to: "The conversation is over, please give the rate."? Post the incident reference number for the chat, it's prefixed with INC0000?   8. Well, I used third times the live suport , the system asked me to wait, and never get "Real opearator" show up. Even I wait, only get "The conversation is over, please give the rate." , STILL NO ONE ANSWER ME!! What a 6 star company!

  10. уже раз 10 устанавливал/удалял именно из этого источника. еще раз повторяю, расширение не видит КПМ, хотя КПМ работает нормально и видит расширение

  13. Нет. Я из России. Как видно из скриншота расширение не видит самой программы КПМ. При этом КПМ видит расширение.

  15. Hast Du mal einen anderen Browser getestet? Ansonsten würde ich mal eine Neuinstallation (falls Du das noch nicht versucht hast) probieren.
  16. I just spoke to support again. Kaspersky has a serious problem with the VPN, password manager and Safe Kids. They are still trying to find a solution, and the support representative assured me that a solution will be found today.

  18. Ich habe den Support noch einmal kontaktiert. Kaspersky hat einen schwerwiegenden Fehler bei drei Programmen (PWM,VPN, Safe Kids), sie wollen versuchen das Problem heute zu lösen.

That would have been good information to share in (your) previous post🙄 -> IF it's a *known* issue - it's in hand with Kaspersky, they will be *actively* working on it, not contemplating their navels - they *know* the criticality of the applications for their subscriber-base. Did *YOU* ask support when a solution would be available? Have *YOU* gone back to support & told them: "a sense of uncertainty remains, firstly because of the extremely long time without a proposed solution and secondly because it also affects password managers. The holy grail of online security." IF 'no', please do it bc, support don't have time to read the forum, they're busy fixing problems. Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋
  22. 2 senedir Kaspersky Premium üyesiyim. süreklide VPN'i kullanırım. bugün bilgisayardan VPN'i etkinleştirmek istedim fakat abonelik ile kullanılabilir diye bir farklı ekrana attı. sonra telefonumdan bakmak istedim, uygulamaya girdim, uygulamadanda VPN etkinleştirme özelliğinin kalkmış olduğunu gördüm. Lisansımı 1 ay önce yeniledim. VPN ile birlikte olduğu için Kaspersky Premium'u tercih ettim. VPN'i virüs programından ayırdınız mı ? yoksa teknik bir problemmi var ? bilgi ve haber vermeden VPN'i virüs programından ayırdıysanız ve bunu kullanıcıya haber vermeden yaptıysanız gerçekten çok büyük bir güven kaybına yol açarsınız. sorun nedir ? düzeltilecek mi yoksa virüs programından VPN'i ayırdınız mı ? (bilgisayarımda ve telefounumda başka virüs programı ve VPN programı yoktur. 2 gün önce hem bilgisayardan ve telefonda hiç bir değişiklik yapılmamıştır. 2 gün önce girebilirken şu an girememekteyim. )

After logging the issue with Kaspersky Customer Service, was a Email received, with an automated incident-reference-number *prefixed* with INC0000, IF the answer is 'yes', Kaspersky have met the first part of the contractual-obligations; *depending* on (your) location -> eventually a Kaspersky support person will contact (you) - also by Email & continue to assist, please patiently wait; in the meantime, please post the *incident-reference-number*?   27. Сегодня столкнулся с такой же проблемой. При включении ВПН полностью отключается интернет, идут бесконечные попытки переподключения. Интернет включается, ВПН переподключается, интернет пропадает. И так до бесконечности. На мобиле просто не работает. Поддержка отвечает в духе "сами вы дураки, пришлите видеозапись" 🙂
