This "new" VPN is hopeless. For 2 days now I have been unable to use it, and support just tells me to reinstall. That is the level of support paying customers are getting for the "so called" unlimited VPN use!!! I feel that Kaspersky owes us a refund on the days we cannot use their service. After being and anti-virus and VPN subscriber for years, they have completely lost my support.

Пообщался с поддержкой, скинул все возможные файлики, что просили, ответа нет. Сегодня уже дома соединение пропало на время работы минимум на час и это всё после обновления

Es gibt einige gleichlautende Beiträge hier und im Englisch Forum. Ich kann Dir leider keine Lösung anbieten würde Dir Vorschlagen den Support einzuschalten. Welche KSC APP Version ist auf welchem System installiert ?

VPN перестал работать после обновления и уплаты сервиса на следующий временной этап. Нет подключения ни к одному серверу. Хотя до этого все было.

En mi caso, si tengo aún el nodo de España, pero no funciona, a ver si terminan la migración a la nueva red, y se solucionan los problemas.

Gezwungermaßen den VPN auf "Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection" umgestellt da die Vorgängerversion nur noch 300 MB/Tag zu gelassen hatte. Doch jetzt funktionieren diverse Apps nicht mehr im Tunnel, vor allem die für die es Wichtig wäre wie Heizungsteuerung, Videoüberwachung... und selbst der Googlekalender funktioniert nicht mehr. Abgesehen von dieser Scheiße wird eine Verbindung zum VPN Server in Frankfurt nicht hergestellt.

Unfortunately, so far, I've been unable to fix that on my own. Some users reported that the issue seemingly went away after updating Windows and Kaspersky databases to the latest version, and others tried whitelisting the application and reinstalling the affected application, but I've had no success with any of those options. Some users just ignored the warnings, since they were unable to fix the issue. Assuming it's a false positive and happens with multiple applications, my best guess is that the best course of action currently would be to contact Kaspersky support and provide the files they request for analysis. That way, they can identify the exact cause of the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Just like MH38918 i have the same problem since last update and just like G68 i have the same problem when it connects. I don't know who decided that update but it's really awful and made me think about renewing my subscription with Kaspersky hugely.

Hier ein Screenshot von vor 10 Minuten: lächerlich: Um diese Uhrzeit mit Double VPN Luxemburg hatte ich vorher 450-500 mbps!!!!!!!!! Schlimmer geht es schon gar nicht mehr. Und mit Deutschland ging es gar nicht, Meldung: Bitte überprüfen Sie ihre Internetverbindung oder wenden sie sich an den Kundendienst. Super, jetzt geht gar nichts mehr.

Что же это за работа ВПН, если заблоченные ресурсы не работают?! ВПН для того и покупается(в большинстве случаев), что бы обходить блокировки. То что вы описали как "работа", с таким же успехом можно просматривать сайты и без ВПН. результат тот же

Şu anda bende hiçbir şekilde bağlanamıyorum. Bayağı severek kullanıyordum, hatta başka forumlarda da öneriyordum. Artık hiç bulaşmam. Samimi olmayacağını bilsem de insan bir açıklama yapar, en azından özür diler. Şimdi para verdiğim şeyi kullanamadığım için boş yere farklı bir VPN indireceğim.

Ich weiss es nicht. Meine Vermutung, das hängt mit den Mehrfachlizenzen zusammen. Dort kann man ja andere "einladen". Wenn man das ändern möchte wäre blöd wenn die automatisch verlängert werden, das ist aber nur eine grobe Vermutung.

На данный момент у меня заработал самый быстрый сервер, другие не пробовал. Вчера писал в поддержку, сегодня получил ответ с шагами диагностики для сбора отчётов. Но я ничего не делал, ответил им, что всё заработало.

Danke für Eure Hilfe. Habe gerade noch einmal in der App ( VPN & Security ) nachgesehen und festgestellt, dass die Lizenz noch bis zum 31.12.2025 läuft. Wenn keine automatische Verlängerung möglich sein sollte, werde ich die App löschen und über den Samsung Store mit dem Schlüssel dann neu installieren. Beim PC bis läuft sie bis 11.01.2026. Werde dann den Schlüssel direkt im Programm eingeben. Ich werde berichten, ob es funktioniert hat. Warum macht man es seitens Kaspersky so kompliziert ? 😒
