Dass Problem am ganzen ist dass es unter Windows auf einmal sich die Seiten wieder öffnen für eine unbestimmte Zeit und dann geht auf einmal gar nichts mehr wie hier auch berichtet wird. Unter Android da gehen ein paar Seiten und andere überhaupt nicht und auf einmal geht gar nichts mehr so ist es zur Zeit.

I've been using a VPN in Turkey for about a year. It was working fine. I've been having connection issues for a few days now. When will this be fixed?

Assunto: Solicitação de Suporte Técnico –> Instabilidade na VPN (Versão 21.23.6.614-2(a)). Prezados, Nos últimos dois dias, venho enfrentando instabilidade na conexão sempre que a VPN do Kaspersky Premium é ativada (versão do aplicativo VPN: 21.23.6.614-2(a), pacote Kaspersky Premium versão 21.23.6.614). Mesmo após trocar o servidor da VPN, reiniciar diversas vezes o modem da operadora, e realizar a reconfiguração completa do roteador sem fio, o problema persiste. Também reinstalei a versão mais recente do software, sem sucesso. O mesmo comportamento ocorre no meu dispositivo móvel, indicando que a falha não é local, mas sim relacionada ao aplicativo. O erro ocorre de forma repentina durante o uso, apresentando as mensagens: "Reconectando... Aguarde. Verifique sua conexão com a Internet e se o problema persistir por muito tempo, entre em contato com o Atendimento ao Cliente." ou "Reconectando... Aguarde. Estamos trabalhando para corrigir o problema." Além da queda frequente da VPN, também percebi lentidão excessiva, travamentos e interrupções inesperadas da conexão. Informei todo o ocorrido ao suporte inicial +55113958-3843, porém fui orientado de que o problema somente poderia ser solucionado pela equipe técnica em Moscou, sem que houvesse qualquer análise local, inclusive remota, o que me causou estranhamento, considerando que o Kaspersky Premium inclui suporte avançado. Diante disso, solicito por gentileza, que seja realizada uma apuração completa e prestado o devido suporte técnico, visto que o problema vem se repetindo e não se limita à minha rede ou dispositivos. Há outros usuários relatando a mesma falha, razão pela qual peço prioridade na investigação. Arquivos anexados para auxiliar na análise. Agradeço antecipadamente pela atenção e aguardo retorno. Hi @Longlife, es kommt immer auf den Support an, der Dich "bedient". Der deutsche Support hat längst nicht die enge Verbindung zu den Entwicklern wie ihn der russische hat. Hat der deutsche Support noch keine Lösung aus Moskau erhalten, werden die üblichen Schritte wie z. B. das Log-Sammeln abgearbeitet. Inzwischen gibt es aber eine kleine Hoffnung: erste User berichten von Verbesserungen beim Verbinden des VPNs. Ob durch Neuinstallation oder per Update ist mir noch nicht ganz klar. Kannst ja mal Versuche starten.

Bitte meldet euch beim Support.

Wenn im Hintergrund gearbeitet wird dann frage ich mich aber warum verlangt den der Support von mir eine menge an Daten ? Eine schnelle Lösung sehe ich absolut nicht daher, denn eine Qualitätskontrolle sollte nun ausgelöst werden bevor es noch mehr Anliegen gibt wenn Sie einfach wieder ein Versionsupdate ausrollen.

Desde la mañana que no esta funcionando la vpn se queda en "conectando..." y de eso hace varias horas. Tengo la versión 21.23.6.614-2

evet daha az evveline kadar hiçbir vpn çalışmıyordu şu anda sadece almanya kaldı diğerleri bağlanıyor ama bir haftadır sıkıntılar var.umarım düzelmiştir.🤩

Ben kullanmanızı önermem. Kesin kullanacaksanız bile bence bir müddet bekleyin çünkü VPN şu an çalışmamasının yanında çalışınca bile güvenli çalışmıyor. Benim deneyimim yok, çünkü yeni gizlilik politikasını kabul etmedim ve VPN'i sildim. Ancak bu forumda (İngilizce kısmında) birkaç post okudum ve dediklerine göre VPN çalışsa bile dnsleaks gibi sitelere baktığında DNS'i sızdırdığını fark etmişler ki bu başlı başına gizlilik felakati. Benim görüşüm bu sorunlar düzeldiğinde bile PureVPN altyapısı olduğu için her şey, siteler bir şey görememiş olsa bile her şeyiniz PureVPN'de olacak ki kendisinin geçmişi bayağı kirli. Bunun yanında PureVPN'in sahibi olan şirketin geçmişi kipkirli log tutma konusunda. 2 TB'a yakın 'tutmadıkları' log dosyaları hacklenmiş diye hatırlıyorum eğer hafızam beni yanıltmıyorsa. 2 TB veri, düz veri, yani gerçekten log tutmanın ötesi gözüküyor.

bendede aynı sorun var bir kaç gündür hatta birkaç seferde kaldırıp yeniden kurdum.yine olmadı wifi bagdaştırıcıları güncelledim yine olmadı.uyduruk ücretsiz vpn kullandım tak diye baglanıyor.. sanırsam kasperin vpn serverinde sıkıntı var

merhaba, Türkiye'de bağlantı sorununu bir çok kullanıcı yaşıyor. bu konuyla ilgili bizlere bir açıklama yapabilecek var mı? ya da burada ki yorumları dikkate alan birisi. cuma gününden beri bağlantı sorunu yaşıyorum. acaba ben mi hata yaptım diye düşünürken burada bir çok arkadaşımızın aynı sorunla karşı karşıya kaldığını görüyorum.

Sadly I'm disagree with you. Thinking about a company, a bad reptutation, and the company says it is not bad anymore and we are gonna trust that company? Why does Kaspersky don't use a trusted company? They already take all the good options such as double VPN, more servers, gaming servers, router VPn thing and more and plus to this they handshake with PureVPN? Evem I really like Kaspersky and after the US thing and Google thing, I supported Kaspersky, now I can't support their decision on this VPN thing and they did a big bad thing in my opinion. They handhsake with them and almost all of their users just click 'accept' the new policy and try to use it. It looks like they give our datas to their hand. I can be wrong of course but this is how it looks like in my eyes and I can't trust their VPN's unless they change back or change this PureVPN scam thing. Did you check PureVPN's website? It says if you give them extra 5 bucks, they can give you chance to have 1000 bucks? What is this? It supposed to be VPN, not scam, because it looks like scam. I'm sad that Kaspersky was okay to that. I didn't accept the new policy and I deleted the Kaspersky VPN and now I'm not sure I'm comfortable to use their Antivirus even. Because they were not open enough about this VPN situation and they were okay to PureVPN. I'm actually sad. I enjoy using Kaspersky. I have AppGallery in my phone just for updating Kaspersky's app. Like I was trusting them and liking them but they made me really disappointed. I hope they see this huge bad situation and change it.

Was auch immer diesen Wechsel veranlasst hat. Wir sehen doch das im Hintergrund gearbeitet wird. Ich gebe den Entwicklern Zeit und einen "Daumen hoch" um diese Situation zu meistern. Hoffentlich finden sie schnell eine Lösung, denn hausgemacht ist dieses Problem nicht.

Hallo @merle, Ja unter Windows App ist eine Problemaufzeichnung integriert wo es aufzeichnet. In Android kommt dann der Spass mit über 17 verschiedennen Punkten wo der Support braucht🙃 🫣

Update, it's even slower now according to speedtest.net 😞
