Merhaba, VPN protokol ayarı yok. Ve VPN ile bağlandığımda tamamen interneti kesiyor Kspersky VPN. Ama başka bir ücretsiz VPN uygulaması ile bağlanırsam hiçbir problem yok. -

да у всех одна и таже проблема, впн не работает, мне в поддержке написали они что то восстанавливают, сроки восстановления не известны, класс спасибо, а годовая подписка то капает, лучше какую то замену бы предложили или еще что то, по сути мы все купили не рабочий продукт, и теперь программа просто ничего не делает, не выполняет свои функции, 0 сайтов грузится с любым сервером

Ok, you are literally agreeing with what I said lol. I told him that he can store licenses and have them stay inactive ONLY if he buys a code from 3rd-party sellers (not from Kaspersky's website). All purchases on Kaspersky's website will initiate the license right away. I guess they do it this way to prevent people from snatching good deals and storing the licenses for the future. For the rest of your reply, let's see if they help him with this or not (I hope they do). @masmahmoud Please let us know what happens after you contact support. -

Так это же не поддержка чудит, а отдел продаж/маркетологи, которые не сообщают об этом своевременно своим коллегами и получается такой казус, как всегда виновата поддержка, а премии получают продажники 😉 Имел ввиду, что публично же не ставят эту акцию на главной странице сайта и не рассылают всем подряд письма. Их вам вряд ли кто-то скажет, это все-таки маркетинговая акция. Будет работать: на 3 устройства на 1 год с момента оплаты, куда там больше информации. И KFA привязан к My Kaspersky 😉 -

Sorry but you're mistaken. I understand that in this modern generation most people are relying on phones for their day to day use (even portable laptops are becoming less and less needed these days), but I assure you there are still many people in the world who rely on and use big and heavy stationary desktop computers (which is obviously going to be placed in a room in your house, and almost never gets moved). This is true especially for people who need powerful hardware for gaming or whatever else. There are still many of us out there otherwise desktop hardware companies would've gone bankrupt years ago including Nvidia before the AI boom lol. This issue can be easily solved for users like me by allowing us to have the vault open all the time unless I manually lock it. Im not going to waste time filing for a suggestion because this will never be looked at or cared about. -

Every subscription purchased from a Kaspersky website *activates* on successful payment - READ the SHOPPING CART @BlackEdition! If (you've) had that experience with Kaspersky it may be due to a *situation* specific to you & a subscription (you) purchased. *WE* have direct experience of Kaspersky assisting US in the manner we guided @masmahmoud to follow. Check your installed apps from Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps: Do you see 2 Kaspersky apps installed? If so, then just delete Internet Security. Or you could uninstall everything and re-install Plus again for peace of mind (remember to tick on "save settings and license" before uninstalling). Kaspersky cares about their subscriber's pwd security, other users may not have "huge and heavy PCs placed in secure room(s) that no one else has access to", Kaspersky 'tries' to cater for a global population, the one-time use of the Master-password to unlock the vault on system reboot - is a small inconvenience (ioo), if it ultimately protects Kaspersky-subscribers & their data; IF (you) feel so strongly about it, log a request with the Beta team - https://eap.kaspersky.com/category/58/suggestion - a separate account / password is required OR log a Feedback, I have a suggestion, OR I have a complaint with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts. Я про это и говорю. Странно, почему-то Вы знаете об этом, а в поддержке не все еще в курсе, пришлось потрудиться, чтобы получить ответ, не откладывая его на неопределенный срок. Не знаю, откуда информация, что не всем. Возможно, там просто через определенное время начинается распространение таких акций через новости. Без понятия, кому это предлагается, но хотелось полные условия знать. Я не стал узнавать, что там будет с подпиской, устройствами и т.п., а ведь это тоже непрозрачно. -

Добрый день, @Helga90, Это не совсем вредоносное ПО. Возможно недавно восстанавливали или меняли пароль от Windows? Должно быть достаточно переименовать проблемный файл. I also suffer from this when dealing with Kaspersky Password Manager, but in a slightly different way from yours. Im annoyed that I have to enter my long main password every time I turn on my computer! My Windows 11 desktop is not password-locked and it doesn't need to be, it's a huge and heavy PC placed in secure room that no one else has access to but me. Why can't users like me have the vault be open all the time as long as it is on the same computer? If my expensive hardware gets physically stolen, the last thing I would care about is my passwords since most accounts require 2FA authentication. Private and stationary computers should not be treated the same way as public computers or portable laptops/phones. I've been thinking for months about buying a USB fingerprint scanner and enabling Windows Hello to completely get rid of having to enter my long and tiresome password, but I just carefully read this and it appears that we still have to enter our main password every time after turning on the computer lol. Windows Hello is only useful for KPM vault "per session", meaning only if the vault gets locked during computer use, but if you shutdown/restart your computer then you need to enter the password again. This is stupid and Kaspersky should rework this. That's not how "security" should be. -
