I've been having problems getting Kaspersky to move my url from blacklists and changing the category to information technology. I've reviewed it on https://opentip.kaspersky.com/ and submitted it to have it reanalyzed. I've been trying for three months now. I never hear anything back. I am signed in when I submit the request. The url is getwordpresscare.com - and the site is clean, up to date and has both Sucuri and WordFence running on it. If you check www.virustotal.com it is not listed on any other sites. How do I get feedback or get anyone at Kaspersky to review it?

Creo que solucionado 😳 el problema, sin modificar nada he desconectado tanto el pc como el wifi, y pasado un tiempo he vuelto a conectarlo y encenderlo todo y, de momento, no ha vuelto a aparecer tal pantalla. (Me habéis ganado por la mano al editar la foto de la captura. Me he dado cuenta al verla publicada y, mientras intentaba editar la publicación, ya me ha saltado la notificación del mail y ya corregida. Perdón y gracias) No, no funcionaba ningún botón ni nada, solo cerrarla de la barra desde tareas. De todas formas, seguiré vigilando… jejeje

No aparece nada, es cierto que hace como 20 días dio un error al actualizar no encontraba el origen o algo así, pero a los 30 min se actualizó.. y a día de hoy están actualizadas Le doy a detalles y abre la pestaña de informes

Hum es extraño, por un lado, dice que las bases están ok y luego abajo dice desactualizadas 🤔 Si pinchas en Detalles, ¿qué aparece? Quizás sea una notificación antigua...

tengo kaspersky premium, ultima version, y dentro de detalles, en notificaciones me aparece las bases de datos estan desactualizadas, pero estan actualizadas.. pincho en detalles, se va a informes pero no aparece nada.

Hola Desde hace unos días mi Kaspersky Plus 21.23.6.614 (instalado automáticamente), al iniciarlo desde el icono de la barra de tareas, me aparece esta pantalla que deja bloqueada cualquier acción de cierre o acceder a las distintas opciones del menú de la parte izquierda o inferiores. Sist Op: W10Pro, 22H2 (Todo actualizado) Agradeceré cualquier ayuda para sortearla o eliminar su aparición. Saludos

Hey Danila, is there a way to download and install older versions of kaspersky vpn? specifically the one before this wire guard update? I would like to roll back to the old one while the new one gets sorted out ^-^ for windows users who were lucky enough to make a recovery backup with the older vpn version could try that. also is there any time estimate of when the problems will be fixed? like how will we know unless we keep trying to use the new broken vpn?

Habe das völlig identische Problem, gleicher Provider, Fehlermeldung und gleiche Antwort von all-inkl. Der Tipp mit "Verschlüsselten Datenverkehr nicht untersuchen" funktioniert nur bei mir nicht. Nur wenn ich bei Kaspersky den Schutz anhalte bekomme ich wieder eine Verbindung zum FTP Server. Noch eine Idee ? Kommando zurück, habe das den falschen Clint von Filezilla erwischt. Funktioniert nun auch bei mir

Попробуйте установить более новую версию: 1. Удалите текущую версию стандартным образом: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/uninstall/12783#block2 2. Перезагрузите компьютер. 3. Скачайте и установите новую версию. 4. Обновите антивирусные базы. 5. Перезагрузите компьютер и проверьте наличие проблемной ситуации.
