KES for Windows on KES Cloud installation fails with '(1187/0x0 ("Bad parameter "VerifyCertDate"")' [KES for Windows]

Problem Description, Symptoms & Impact Local installation from a standalone package fails Diagnostics Check installation logs of the product.
