Check in (your) MyKaspersky Notifications, does it show an entry for New application Lightroom from a specific Category & Age restriction?
Log a case with Kaspersky Support; select either Chat or Email & fill in the Application malfunction, Other template; Support may require Traces, Logs & other data, they will guide you.
💥Note: use an onscreen video recorder to video the issue & submit it with the request, it will help support understand.
