Hi

I have Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 (8.0.0.357) installed on my home PC. Because I dont have a good internet connection or available any time in my home, I should download all related databases and modules in another PC and transport them to my PC.

So, I found that an updater has been perpared for this purpose but I got confused somehow, because I download all the files at the link : http://support.kaspersky.com/updater?level=2
the status of the folders is as attached picture.

1- I dont have KIS [8.0.0.357] installed on this PC which I want to download databases and modules of KIS 2009 via it.
2- I just run the KasperskyUpdater.exe file and I didnt change anything because I think this program set all itself.

but after just check the checkbox '8.0.0.357' under the category of 'Home Products' and press Apply button and then Start the below error is appeared:

Failed to authorize on proxy server

Please tell me are there any changes which I should do? If yes what changes?

I found out the reason finally. Just in Settings window, check Use proxy server authentication and at User Name and Password textboxes input your User ID and Validation Key which has been sent to you when you Register at Kaspersky Lab Forum.

I successfully downloaded databases and used them to update KIS 8.0.0.357.
