Hi guyz,

Please help me out. We are using Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for windows servers (at server) Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for work station ( at client ) and Kaspersky Administration Kit Kaspersky Lab Varsion 6.0.1591. We need to deploy GFIEnd Point Security agent on our client machine. When I deploy the agent packge from the GfIEnd Ponit Server to the clients remotely the user are getting the Prompt "The porcess is trying to create value in system regisrty key that belongs to a group system service. These key controls the list of system service".

Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Controlset003\Services\AgentInstaller

C:\Windows\EndPoint Security\agentinstaller.exe

Now we do not want to go on individual client and ask each one to add the application in the trusted application when the KSAV prompt the users, instead we want to deploy the policy form the Kaspersky Admin Kit on all the clients so that the users should not be prompted. Interestingly the agent service installed on many systems without any prompt but there are some systems on which the Kaspersky prompts the users.

Basically what happens is that when we use GFIEnd Point Console and select a system to deploy the agent, the GFIEnd Point tries to install the agent on the client machine and if the prompt appears and user denies it, we get the error "Unauthorized access to the registry" on the GFIEnd Point Security.

Please help me in this regard I shall be thankful to you. Please see the attached images of the prompt as well.
