Could somebody help me? My data base takes two hours to update and when it hits 99% it gives me an error code. Now i cant even check the events because they do not show up in the details page. My other computer everything worked as designed. They are both using the same internet connection. Any Ideas?

If you can add a local folder as the update source, download the appropriate databases from http://www.kaspersky.com/updates, and follow the instructions on the download page for initial update, and then change the update source back to your default

What is the kaspersky product version you are using?
If it is KIS 8 you are in a wrong section. By the way please upload your update report.
