Hello,

For this domain (@water-solutions.biz) , our mails are not going .
pls find the error for more information.
Kaspersky is considering as a spam domain and not sending any mails to this domain since may be the domain is too long
And kaspersky doesn’t allow send them out from the server and keep them for more than 3 days and bounce it back to the sender

Following is the error report

Here's what happened to me. I have an exchange 2007 ent environment with 2 boxes running server 2008. If the KAV enterprise 6.0.xxx is loaded on either of these boxes all mail stops flowing. At this juncture we're so frustrated with the KAV Ent software that we've started using Forefront from MS on our Exchange box. I've tried trial versions of KAV for mail and even that breaks the exchange box.

We get same issue, for repair do following:
1. Uninstall Kaspersky Security
2. edit c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles\Shared\agents.config file, remove kaspersky filter item
3. start Exchange Transport service

I also had this problem for a long time.About "remove kaspersky filter item",can you explain in detail under?

I opened agents.config, but I do not know which one to modify.

We have a similar problem. We run Exchange 2007 on a Windows 2008 std X64 sp2. We use Kaspersky Security 6.0 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.
When we try to set the Admin kit server to send notice emails to this server the test fails with no information on why it fails. We have a Microsoft Exchange server 2003 also running and can send notifications through that server fine.
We are not running and Kaspersky exchange protection on the Exchange 2003 server as it caused the server to become unresponsive.

We are really feeling let down by the response time from Kaspersky tech support on issue we have with the software. It may be time to re-evaluate the TOC for Kaspersky and look at other options.
