HI,
my client just purchased the product and in the DVD he received from the
reseller there was no How to Install information. Is the reseller support option the only
way to install the product? Is there any form to get or access to Guides or any
other pre-post installation manuals?

Normally, in the dvd you have all, the programs and the manuals.

You can also download (the last versions and manuals) in:
http://www.kaspersky.com/downloads_business_space_security
