Hello,

I install and update the KAV, after restart the PC,
I can't access the Network such as there is no ping, sharing to other clients.
please tell me why this happend.

any solution for this...

I try it lot of ways, but not success.
finally i format the PC and Install it.
Now it's OK...

Next time,

please try check about following services.

go to services.msc
check those service is running or not? those services may stoped by virus
-Workstation
-Server
-Network connection
-and other services about network connection.
