Hello,

Critical Issue in Client end.
I have more than 1500 nodes. I used kaspersky scince january.
there are no records in past couple of months.
can some please help me to solve this problem.
I upload some reports in here.
monthly I want get the reports also want to check past data.

please give the top priority for this issue.

Records from the database is cleared periodically based on the time to store events on the server. Check these values in the 'Events' tab in the policies of the products and configure them as required.

I have a question, can you please explane to me why we assing the 180 days.
also i want to know after the 180 days what happend the past data?

Past data, after the configured time limit, is cleared from the database that stores the events. if you want to keep it past then, then you can create backups of your sql table, or configure the reports to store the data longer.

Thanks your quick reply to me... This is the my real situation... If you can please help me..

Past data lose, I want to know what is exact point in clear the report details.
I assign it 180 days as a example

Admin Kit Installed on 01/01/2008
I want view the virus activity report on 01/01/2008 to 17/12/2008 is this possible or not
If not possible, can you guess the range we can see on the report.
Please explain the real situation in here.

My Decision :
180 days : 01/1/2008 to 28/06/2008
After this 172 days : 29/06/2008 to 17/12/2008 this will available on the report, am I correct?

real situation is I can View only last cuple of weeks data in the report, such as 27/11/2008 to 17/12/2008.

Check the number of days to store 'Virus found' events in the properties of KAV for WKS policy. By default it is stored for 30 days.

It is also possible that total number of events in the server's database exceeds limit configured in the properties of administration server. By default that limit is 400000.

I increase the Default value to 999999.

But I want to know:
Dates are assign to 180, after 180 days what happened to data, i mean clear all past data or else...
This is I want to know..

Data will be cleared from the database after storing it for 180 days.
