No there is not. This is just another of the ponzi alerts designed to push Firefox

Yes there is. Java Script is being used as a method of delivering the XML execution overflow.
Microsoft is releasing a patch today for it at 1pm.

Could be interesting to know if KIS/KAV protects against these attacks…
