Yes, it works....................but i'm sure there are extreme overload at certain hours. It's open until 6pm (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), so theres a chance still, although i would probably log off and logon again...if you waited that long!

I was actually waiting from 1 EST till 4EST what time zone is the online chat in?

Online chat is available from 9am EST until 6pm EST. If you were waiting that long, you were probably in the Home Product queue.
