I have a small problem. I had just renewed my license for one more year and wanted to cover up more mailboxes (as to workstations as well). KSE is giving me a warning "The number of mailboxes on the mail server is over 90 percent of the maximum number specified in the license". Now, when I asked for additional licenses I received another set of license files for 30 additional mailboxes, besides the renewed ones from last year (120). How should I put the two files together to be able to cover up all the licenses that I need? Now, I have just added the 2nd key (the one covering 30 mailboxes) as a backup license key...I'm not sure though this is right.

If the expiration dates of both licenses are with a month or so appart, you can contact support, they will gladly merge the licenses into on unified key.

You need in each case a new key with a total number of your mailboxes.

Please contact your reseller.

And the reseller will simply send them right back to support, as is always the case
