Hi, is it possible to use this updater to get update for admin kit and anti-virus for workstation v8, which just release its BETA?

Yes, it is possible.
You should manually setup ini-file:
* show the necessary components from Table of components
* show one of theses update servers:
http://dnl-test.kaspersky-labs.com/beta_updates/tim1
http://dnl-test1.kaspersky-labs.com/beta_updates/tim1
http://dnl-test2.kaspersky-labs.com/beta_updates/tim1
http://dnl-test3.kaspersky-labs.com/beta_updates/tim1
