I hope that sombody can give me more info or have same problems (in the past) when installing KAV WSEE for the first time on TS server; after install; the server automaticly reboots but never come up.
only option that you have in F8 Safe mode.
Safe mode with Network support, give same problem (reboot loop)
Last known good configuration; gives same problem (reboot loop)

To start Server in Normal Mode, you have to disabel in Device manager all the Network Adapters. dont forget to shoose Show Hidden Devices
