I exclude all the *.ldf and *.mdf files from scanning, also i include the application to trusted zone, but problem isn't solved. when i uninstall kasper from SQL it started to work fine. so the problem only occurs when i install kasper.

Hello,

At first you should check statistics of KAV for FS to see of exclusions you defined are really effective.

Is your SQL Server the same server where your application is installed ? In case not, enable compatibility mode in the settings of KAV, restart your server and check if slowdowns still occur.

Before Deploying,
Did you check "Use exclusions specified by Microsoft" in Properties tab of Added Package on Administration Kit?
(Or when installing by manual, it will have a window wizard asking for Check this option)

Please see this; Which file and path should be excluded from kaspersky By Microsoft

- mad.exe, *.edb in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA. This is Exchange databases
- store.exe, *.stm in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA. This is Exchange databases
- *.chk, *.log, *.dat in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA. This is Exchange database logs
- *.* /s in drive M (Installable File System (IFS) drive (drive M). This applies to an Exchange 2000 server and only if M: drive is enabled)
- *.stf in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA (or wherever database log files are stored). This is temporary files are used during the content conversion process. These files are only specific to Exchange 2000 Server.
- *.* in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\Mtadata. This is Exchange MTA files
- *.log in C:\Exchsrvr\%servername%.log ((where %servername% is the name of the server running Exchange Server)). This is Exchange message tracking log files (if enabled)
- *.* /s in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\Mailroot. This is Virtual server folders
- *.* in %ProgramFiles%\Exchsrvr\Srsdata. This is Site Replication Service (SRS)
- *.* in Any folders used when running offline maintenance utilities such as Eseutil.exe.

And try enable Compatibility mode.
Did you define Multi-CPU option? try change its to default setting.
Then restart the computer. Good Luck.
