Hello,

We provide the Kaspersky products to our clients. since last 2 months we faced lot of problems.
Update disables and Mini port (Network Driver Issue) issue, still this not solved.
practically we can't solve these problems, going each and every user.

Ex: update disables came from 50 clients, we can't do this in each and every clients.
we have do the remove some virus files and dump files then uninstall KAV and install it again.
actually this is not good.

can some one answer this problem or do you have a solution for this issue..?
OR what kind of suggestions for this issue, this is very big issue. day to day comes this issue in our clients end.

we have very good client based, we solve this problem more than 500 PCs.
in mini port issue we haven't any solution, without formating the client PCs.

We are waiting for your reasonable solutions...
