Dear friends My office have purchased license key single key 3 computers 12 licensed media x 3 = 36 keys purchased my office users machine installed first time working fine system format & os changed install same key error show not updating "Black List is Corrupted"

pls any idea how to solve this problem

Your error message shows that you are using KIS.

Do you use the same license on more then 3 clients?

Please contact the local Kaspersky office.

This is the forum for Protection for Small and Medium Businesses (corporate products) not the home product forum (KAV, KIS).

Review the use of the keys. For 36 computers, best option is a corporate product.

Give more info, Build of KIS installed, S.O., etc...

Run the updater again and it should download the correct blacklist file and all should be good.
