Hi

i am getting klnagent error in windows event viewers. it occuring each after 10 - 15 minutes. when i read the description of event i got something like this

"Storage file C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Administration Kit\Nagent\ProductsA949F96174905341B45204EC4504CE\privdata.dat is corrupt."

Can anyone help??

At first try to open that corrupt file with notepad.exe. If error occurs it means that filesystem is corrupt -- you should run command "chkdsk c: /F /R", and reboot.
Then reinstall Network Agent.

Yes, it's rather wrong solution because may cause some functionality to fail.

Hey i just did what u mention and problem is solved i monitor the server for 24hrs and no error log occurs

also everything is working fine.
