I was install new Windows XP SP2, and install and upadte KAV, than I scan my computer, restart, and KAV now won't start. I got message "This application has faild to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem". I try to reinstall Kav, but when setup comes near to end say "Rolling back action". Please help.

Please deinstall KAv with thistool.

The install the actual version 6.0.3.837.

I try to remov with Kavremover but, setup fail again, message "Installation endend permaturely because of an error". I now try KAV 6.0.3.837

I using Administrator account. I'll try now setup with logging.

I can't start setup with "/verbose" command. When i try setup opens list of possible commands.

Do you use kav6.0.3.837_winwksen.exe or do you extract this file before?

I maded. setup created file aprox. 4M
