When testing KAV File Server on our main file server (WS std 2003), users noticed significant lag and slowdown when using word documents, even whilst typing. I tried changing the settings but it did not seem to help. We have about 100 users, mainly word docs but also digi dict, a case management system which stores word docs, forms etc.
Would KAV for Server EE (which I am testing on WS std 2003 citrix servers) perform better?
I would be going for the Business Space package.
The EE seems more stripped down and lean, maybe it just seems that way?
