Hi All,

I have a workstation that will not connect to the Admin Kit.
I had to rebuild the machine after my boss looted it for parts. This included formating the hard drive.

I have installed the Network Agent and the Workstation components, but it will not connect to the Admin Kit. The icon appears as a faded red.

I have tried running klmover and klnachghk (see below)

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi All,

<snip>

I worked out my problem.

I was trying to get the Admin Kit's old record of the machine to connect up to the 'new' machine.

I added the machine as a new machine and got it to connect to the Admin Kit.

Thank you all.

From your message, I suppose you are using back same PC name.
Before install KAV products, delete away PC_name in your Admin Kit first next time.
Then should be able to install smoothly and connected to KAK.
