I would like to know how to submit a crash event when using Globalscape's WAFS software and KAV 6.0.3.837 (even the desktop current release for version 7 crashes) If you need information about the product please let me know. Globalscape is the company. I've included dump files from both version 6 for File Servers and version 7 for desktops. All versions of KAV are the latest builds.

a quick view tells me that you are using W2k3 Server SP2 and WinXP SP3 - I'm right?

Please setup a new test, without installing the klif driver, look here:

I have a case open with support, I don't know the case number since I am not at work right now. The rep has tested with our software and KAV6 and also receives crashes so they are escalating the ticket up to the next level.

KAV 6 for File Servers is on Windows 2003 Server SP2 and the dumps from KAV7 Professional are WinXP SP3. THe XP are from a customer trialing the product and the KAV6 dumps are generally what we see from purchased customers and from our testing in VMware.
