Every time I try to push out an installation of both the agent and the WS Kaspersky, it fails on one particular machine. I have noticed that the Kaspersky Services then fail on that machine with the error Event ID 1:
RtpState replication failed
Product ='KAVWKS6'
Version ='6.0.0.0'
Error information: 1186/0 (Object not found), O:\PPP\Connector\cnt_csc.cpp, 134

I have searched around, and can find no information on this. Can anyone help please?

Hi,

I Have the same Problem,

Event Type: Error
Event Source: klnagent
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1
Date: 8/4/2009
Time: 2:31:47 PM

RtpState replication failed
Product ='KAVWKS6'
Version ='6.0.0.0'
Error information: 1186/0 (Object not found), O:\PPP\Connector\cnt_csc.cpp, 134

This one presents only on a Laptop with Windows XP SP3 Installed. My versions are:

CONSOLE:
v6.0.1710
WORKSTATION CLIENT INFO:
v6.0.3.837 c.d.e.f.i.

Console is Installed on a Windows 2003 Server R/2

I already unistall and re-install both, netagent and Workstation client, without any result, keep doing the same.

Additionally, i found on my EvenVrw the following Warning related to the same failure:

Do you have any idea, how i can solve it?

Helmut
Check on the client with c:\program files\kaspersky lab\networkagent\klnagchk.exe in a DOS-window.

Post the result here.
