Ok I shared my printer with another in my office, now that I have installed Kaspersky. They are unable to use my printer. Any Help?

Windows XP, yes if I turn off Kaspersky it works.

Hello,

Try it to disable the KAV Firewall [settings>Anti-Hacker, untick the Enable Firewall], see what happen.
then try to access the printer machine <\\Client_Ip>

Ok...Fine, Then Try to enable the Firewall and click Settings>Zones>
then Add the Trusted IP Address and try to access the printer pc.
If it is success no problem. you can work it properly.
