Hi,

I had a strange experienced during my kav installation to one of my clients.
one machine has an ip address of 172.16.200.25 (static address)
I used that ip for kav installation from server to workstation.
so far everything was fine until that workstation needs to restart to complete the installation process.
Ok.heres the weired thing,i tried to synchronize that particular machine to my KAK but there's no connectivty bet my KAK and workstation.
I check the ip address of workstation and it changed from 172.16.200.25 to 172.16.200.51.

Possbily you are looking at wrong computer shortcut created by ip subnets network scanning due to invalid reverse name resolution. Try to find proper computer shortcut as described in the article.
