Hello,

The Kaspersky directory which is in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab path allocating more space from the disk. In some client machines it is gone more than 1GB and it is keep on increasing. As a result of this “Low Disk Space” warning message also appearing on some machines.

Appreciate if you could advice me, how to eliminate this issue.

Purge the local reports.

Then Go to your policy for KAV for Workstations 6.0 -> Settings tab -> Data files

- uncheck "log non critical events"
- check "delete reports after" and set 5-10 days instead of 30.

... you don't need 30 days of logs on the clients, moreover you have logs in the AK

But I have 150 clients, can't delete that files in manually.
please give me the solution to remove these temp files.
I mean any exe or bat file for remove that temp files or any other way.

Wow, I guess you haven't understood the way that the forum functions. Here are present people which are ready to help but we are not all Kaspersky's employees and we will not spend our time to code stuff to solve other's issues.... we don't earn money by supporting you and you get support for free so be patient and lovely.

set up the automatic deletion for 1 day and your logs will be purged automatically...

just set in the policy, 'delete reports after 1 day', to get fast effect..

hi,

if you have installed the current version of client and did the settings a.Markov described, the reports should shrink after restarting the workstation.

Yes I can understand, I thought Someone can give me a good solution for this.
how ever if i select automatic deletion for 1 day, old temp files will be delete or not.
