Dear All,

We are using 500 licenses of Kaspersky Enterprise Space Security. I want to revoke/ release some licenses from those computers which are discarded or replaced. Or their operating system is reinstalled.

When generated the License Report, in the summary there is showing 5010 (use as current) and in the Details shows only 480 computers. I also delete the computers from admin kit's group, but when I run Quick Start Wizard all the deleted computers are shows again in the group.

Please someone tell me the proper way to resolve my problem.

IF using AD, delete computers that not exist to prevent KAK search from Network:Domains.
Delete PC_name under Network:Domains, Groups, Computer queries as well.

You probably have an automatic replacement rule in your Network:Domains or in Network:Active Directory.

When you delete an old computer from a group, it comes back to the discovery space : Network:xxx. As you have a automatic replacement rule, it's directly resent to a logical group. So, a computer is never really deleted.

Right?

The deletion of a machine from the admin kit is the only way to release the license it uses.
