Hello, i am using a licensed KAV6 in my laptop. It is a domain computer which i use at the office.
Our computer team installed a KAV6 to my computer on network.

When i try to change the settings, i can't manage...
Because the settings area is disabled. There is an administrator password also.
I try to modify or repair the KAV6 but the buttons are disabled also.

Can i enable these over registry keys? If it is yes how can i do that?
Or do you have any better advise for me?

Thanks right now...

Welcome. What is the build number? Pass cursor over K icon in notification area.

Edit: Topic moved to proper section.

Is it possible that your company used the AdminKit and locked the settings with a policy?

You are definitely right. I am now on abroad...
I can't contact with them. I must solve this problem by myself.

Hi,
In order to solve your problem try to uninstall(ask aso the uninstall password in order to continue the uninstallation process.) and install(stand alone) kaspersky to your laptop and ask the kaspersky license to your IT guy.
Im pretty much sure after that process you can mange your own kaspersky settings

cheers!

It is the easiest method. I have already known it. Also i can remove it without needing the administrator password.
But it is not the way which i want to learn especially...
Thanks anyway... Cheers!
