I have installed kav for exchange 2003 one of my customer after installing i got this error message on the exchange.

Message number 53 could not be retrieved. Account: '192.168.1.32 (1)',
Server: '192.168.1.32', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Unrecognized
internal error: 0xcc81002a', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD

After get this i have disabled antivirus protection & message got disappeared. When i'm start the protection
Keep getting this message.

I have used Kaspersky Security 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Maintenance Pack 3 Critical Fix 1, build 5.5.1354.0
on a ms exchange 2003

what is the reason to this error?

Do you enable scanning routing mail?
Did you try latest version?

I didn't enabled the routed mail & I didn't tried new version.
What should i do?

Try to uninstall cirrent version and make clean install of latest (Kaspersky Security 5.5 for Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Maintenance Pack 3 Critical Fix 2, build 5.5.1388.0)
