Full Version: Blue Screen Error

I have downloaded the trial version of the virus scan for workstations. We use a dos program and there seems
to be a conflict between the virus scan and the dos program. The workstations are Windows XP and at times when we use
our dos program, Windows will shut down to a blue screen. It has happened several time on different workstations. Unfortunately I was only able to get a partial error message.
""age Fault in Nonpage Area". Then the computer has to be re-started manually. As soon as it happens again, I will make sure to get the full error.

Does anyone have any experience with any conflicts between a dos based program and the Kaspersky Virus Scan.

Thank You

To add to my original message.
It went to the blue screen again and gave this
Stop: 0x00000050 (0x00000000, 0x80509943, 0x00000001)

You can add this application to trusted zone
setting -> trusted zone -> trusted application
vee_zza
try
1. create exclusion mask of all programs which are may be confilct with Kaspersky
2. Enable Compatibility mode, restart machine.
Good luck
