We have recently been rolling out Kaspersky Enterprise Space Security
We have 5 x Windows Server Enterprise 2003. These servers are used only for Terminal Services (Remote Desktop).
When a use logs in, their profile is copied locally to the “Documents and Settings” directory. In active directory this is from “Terminal Services – Profile Path”
When we enable Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise, these users get a message that the computer is unable to download their profile so they lose all of their settings when they login.
The only way to fix the problem is to disable Real Time scan. Please find us a way so users can still login to terminal services without disabling their profile.
We also found that we could login successfully if we had Administrator rights. What do we need to modify so KAV won't block the regular user profiles from downloading.
If anyone has a solution to this so we can again enable real time scanning it would be great. My reseller support in Bangkok was completely useless on this issue, as they don't know what Terminal Services is.
