Experiencing slow navigation in Outlook the past few days. With KAV stopped the problem is not present and performance is good. With KAV enabled, changing from one message to another, creating a new sub-folder, deleting a message, etc. it takes 10-15 seconds per task - a very noticable delay. Have tried disabling different components of KAV 1 at a time, but problem still persists until KAV is shutdown.

Any ideas?
