We are using 1000 Licenses of Kaspersky Enterprise Space Security. We have also 100 Licenses for Windows File Server. If we want to use Kaspersky Antivirus for windows servers enterprise edition version: 6.0.2.551, what we have to do. are we first make an installation package for version: 6.0.0.454 or we can directly make it from version: 6.0.2.551. Please guide me for it in details.

You can create a installation package for 6.0.2.551. It´s a full version.

When I crating an installation package its display an error that,

"No application discription file. It is possible that the application is not a kaspersky Lab Product or does not support remote administration through Kaspersky Administration Kit. Select an option: "Create installer package for application specified by user."

Please help me in this regards as soon as possible.

You should select application description file kavws.kpd during installataion package creation. You can find this file in the WSEE distributive.

I have only an exe file named "KAV6.0.2.551_fseeen". From where I can download the WSEE distributive file.

Run your exe file and this will autoextract the installation files to C:\KAV

Then create your package file using .kpd file (be careful about x64 or x86 version)
