My servers are updating and scanning ok. But if I check the admin kit, they are shown in red, and it says 'The comuter has not been scanned in a very long time.'
I have worked out that it is a communications problem between the admin kit and the servers. When I look in the kaspersky event viewer on the servers, I see this error:
'Resource not accessible. Port address/number specified may be incorrect or not accessible.
Transport level error while connecting to http://server1: remote host doesn't respond, possibly invalid address or port
Error information: 1081/0 (Cannot connect to the component instance '1093;87;1.0.0.0;1093-87'), O:\CS AdminKit\development2\kca\prcp\proxybase.cpp, 514'
When I was setting it up, I kept the default ports for Kaspersky, ie. 13000 for SSL and 14000 for non-secure connections.
Any ideas on this? Thanks.
