hola amigos..estab buscando una solucion x internet sobre la actualizacion de kas
asi q me tope con este forum q no esta nada mal..pues ahora .el problema q tengo es que e instalado kaspersky 7.0
y no actualiza.

Deberías darnos algo más de información, lee este post para que te podamos ayudar mejor, como sistema operativo, versión concreta del KAV, etc.:

Debo suponer que tu conexión de INet está correcta, has probado a forzar manualmente la actualización?.
Tienes otra opción y es desinstalar completamente esta versión 7 y probar la nueva versión 8.0.0.454 2009 que ya está en español.
EDITADO: Sería interesante también que realizases el punto 4 del post que te he indicado por si tienes algún software incompatible con KAV.

Si antes tenías Norton, eso puede explicar bastante tus problemas con la instalación y actualización con los productos de Kaspersky, porque los productos de Norton aunque los desinstales siempre suelen dejar bastantes rastros en el sistema que dan problemas de incompatibilidad con KAV/KIS.
Ahora mas que nunca lo dicho, sigue el punto 4 del post http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=55651 y péganos aquí el enlace del GSI de tu sistema.

Sigue los pasos que te han indicado, los puedes ver en el hilo importante que te han comentado.
Debes dar mas informacion para que te podamos ayudar, necesitamos tu getsysteminfo, y el log de las actualizaciones.
Por lo que comentas seguramente quedan rastros del norton en tu sistema, tienes programas incompatibles con Kaspersky, y por eso tampoco te deja instalar la version 2009.

Por lo que comentas seguramente quedan rastros del norton en tu sistema, tienes programas incompatibles con Kaspersky, y por eso tampoco te deja instalar la version 2009.

Exacto, en la sección Suspicious tienes un montón de archivos y rastros de programas incompatibles con K.
En la sección Updates, se te recomienda que actualices los 2 drivers de red.
Y en la sección de Kaspersky hay rastros de archivos de versiones 6 mezcladas con los de la 7.
Para desinstalar o eliminar rastros de Norton, busca la utilidad Norton Removal Tool, que es gratuita, si no tendrás que borrar todos esos rastros a mano, desinstalar el K. con el famoso programa kavremover: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279752, pasar programas limpiadores CCleaner y RegSupreme, y volver a tratar de instalar ya por ejemplo la nueva versión 2009.

ándate con ojo con el AntiVirXP08 porque es un Antispyware falso, intenta eliminar, si aún quedan rastros en tu sistema, todo lo que quede de él.Saludos.
Por formatear no pierdes la licencia de Kis. Incluso puedes eliminarla antes de formatear y luego instalar.

También puedes pasar a tu sistema un escaneado completo con el KAV actualizado a ver qué te encuentra.

hola, como te dicen los moderadores tienes cosas raras, rastros, y tal vez virus, si no quieres formatear sigue sus consejos, y intenta esto... Limpia tu Pc de algunos virus, bajate el combofix de http://www.forospyware.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe , ejecutalo en modo seguro, aca dice como http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix y aca dice como entras a modo a prueba de fallos http://forum.kaspersky.com/index.php?showtopic=62359 ; luego, bajate e instala Ccleaner de www.ccleaner.com y Tuneup 2008, de www.tuneup.es , reinicia, despues, de eso desistala el KIS con el Kav Remover9 de http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/pro...kavremover9.zip, Descomprime el archivo KAVremover9.exe desde Kavremover9.zip 3 ejecuta KAVremover9.exe 4 agrega el texto que aparecera al igual que en la siguiente imagen y das al boton REMOVE http://support.kaspersky.com/images/suppor...movaltool_9.gif por ultimo espera a que aparesca la ventana de confirmacion avisando que el producto a sido removido con exito asi como lo muestra la siguiente imagen http://support.kaspersky.com/images/suppor...ved_rt9(ru).gif ten encuenta que esto es mas efectivo si se hace en modo seguro a prueba de fallos aca dice:(http://www.forospyware.com/t68195.html#post292284) despues de esto y aber iniciado el pc normalmente; luego borra de tu Pc, las carpetas Kav y Kaspersky; y bajate el desistalador de NOrton, de http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/INTER...p;view=la_docid. Luego limpia el registro con ccleaner y Tuneup (opcion Mantenimiento, corregir errores de registro).
