As discussed on this thread, KIS 2009 HIPS on Vista has limited capabilities.
I sincerely wish KL removes this kink in some KIS 2009 update itself, w/o MS support.
Else in next versions, KL could move to use Windows Security Framework instead ( like GesWall )
