I have a client running Kaspersky 6.0 with the Kaskerspy Administration Kit, and the KAK has a blank under the OS Type column for one of the workstations. The workstation appears to be communicating properly with the KAK, as it shows all of the other status columns properly. In addition, right clicking on the workstation and viewing properties shows the correct OS and version. I've completely uninstalled KAV and KNA from the workstation and reinstalled them, and that had no effect. I've removed and re-added the workstation from the KAK group, also with no effect. This isn't a huge problem since KAV appears to be functioning properly, but I'm still curious as to why it's happening, and want to make sure it's not indicative of an underlying problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!
