Hi we are having a problem with the Kaspersky anti virus module in Plesk 8.2.

I have the idea that my virus definitions got corrupted or the database crashed or something. This is from the logfile aveserver.log. I cannot seem to find much information about the error 80000000 anywhere on the internet.

Anyone any ideas?

hello,
you can firstly try to update KAV for Mail Server to the latest 5.6 build... biggrin.gif

I think Kaspersky anti virus module in Plesk 8.2 is different than KAV Mail Server.

I think support of this program/module depends on Plesk, not depends of Kaspersky.
