Full Version: Kaspersky Application Launch Failed

Dear All,

I've a serious problem...plz help me.
For one of our clients they have kaspersky workstation 6.0.3.837 installed in the workstations (XP and Vista, managed by admin kit 6.0.1591).Earlier they were using Symantec End Protection 11 ...which was removed using Kaspersky removal scripts for symantec end pro 11.

Now the problem is that all the machines are getting the error "Previous application launch failed" and gives me some dump file locations.(plz go through the attached image).Earlier the machines were working perfectly.

In the forum i read it is mainly because of the updates...Can anybody tell me a solution for this...

even after reinstallation Kaspersky is giving the same error " Previous Application Launch Failed".

Hello,

This windows is displayed each time the computer is rebooted because dump files have been created in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab

> See why.

Clean all files in this folder (except the "AVP6" folder) and the error will go.

I already started a case with kaspersky help desk.
