Full Version: Deployed agent & client but cannot synchronize

I successfully deployed the agent, client and even a patch but when I go to synchronize, admin kit says it's not on the network. Any ideas?

Make sure that your firewall in not on. We've ran into complications. Rather than making exceptions on the bulk of workstations we just turned it off. Also wasn't able to sync when the workstations were powered off.

Firewall is off. I always have to turn off to deploy the agent.

Please run klnagchk.exe on the client.

You can find this tool normaly under c:\program files\kaspersky labs\network agent\
