hi can anyone help i have received two phones from orange both with the same problem this is the samsung i900 when u switch the phone on it goes to a screen which tells you to tap screen until alnigned and will do nothing els you can not get past this screen if anyone can help with this problem it would be much appreciated thanks

++ Have you accidentally locked the phone? or is this a case of mobile not responding due to KMS..?

Is this the same device called Omnia.?
There a fresh case of user accidentally locking the device, you might want to read that in advance (IF your issue is related, else post details)

yes its called the omnia and the screen is the same as the first pic with the green windows logo but when you tap the screen it then goes to alingment and tells you to tap screen till alingment is done but no matter how many times you do the alingment the phone will not go any further even after reset it still stays the same as when you first swich on

Have you locked the phone through any Kaspersky Mobile Security (KMS) feature..?

no i have not even used this phone thats the way it came from the network i have only tried to switch it on
