Hi there, can i just say what a pain in the a*se kaspersky has caused with this update. I have tried applying the patch to a number of machines, on some of them it works fine but on others nothing happens and the problem still occurs. On these machines i have also tried unistalling kaspersky manually but when it gets to trying to stop the utilities i get an error message saying i do not have sufficient privelages this is when i'm logged in as admin. I have also tried unistalling it from the admin kit using "Forcably Remove Kaspersky" and this didn't work. The 3rd option Kaspersky tells you to try regarding manually substituting incorrect program modules doesn't work either.

Can someone please help????

Many thanks in advance.

Can we get a little more info. I'm trying to determine what update your trying to apply.
