can any one tell me why is that netagent not synchronizing with ISA server?
How to get rid of this problem.

If I remember, Nework Agent for ISA server should be installed in a specific version.
What version of Network Agent are you using ?
Also what does the klnagchk.exe report contain ?

Netagent Version is 6.0.1572

No no guys you have misunderstand my problem. it's not a kav for isa.
I mean when we install kav for win server 6.0 to the isa we can't control using netagent.
Because synchronization getting fail. we also open UDP 15000 in isa server but it keep getting failing.
In this case run klnagchk utility on this server and paste result of here.
